Rise&Fall of Rome Tools

Rome...Greece...Byzantine....what?

As mentioned, I haven't taken a World History course in a long time. This means that I am having to refresh on World History as I go. One of the first topics discussed is the rise and fall of Rome, which I am a little shaky on.

I found the following resources to help explain the topic:

This is a Google Slides presentation for AP World History students. Although I will be teaching honors and academic students, it is a good refresher for myself.

I'm not the biggest fan of the History channel, however, it's always a good idea to include a video! It also has a text summary that is very reader-friendly.

Fun Fact: I LOVE Quizlet. I think it's a great resource that students can use on their phones or computers. Here is a pretty good set on the Byzantine Empire.

And, as always, you can't go wrong with a graphic organizer!
